3. Drink lots of water. And when you think you'll turn into a fish, drink some more! I found that buying larger bottles (like Smart Water...my fave) or drinking out of bigger glasses helped me drink the at least 64 ounces in a day.

4. Keep some saltine crackers or ginger snaps by your bed in the first trimester. This will help with queasiness. I can't tell you how many times I woke Jacob up in the middle of the night crunching crackers like a little mouse because I'd wake up hungry or a bit nauseated. Good thing he thought it was funny and went right back to sleep!
