Hey friends -

Over the last few months I've received so many messages and comments from people who have been touched by the song "You're Not Alone". It's been humbling to witness how the Lord has used this song to minister to the hearts of broken people, and uplifting to see how it has encouraged and strengthened them.

Hi Meredith, i really love this track. I find it very encouraging and inspirational, especially now when I am going through some challenges in my life. The song is very comforting and it gives me hope that I am not alone in my situation and that everything will turn out okay. I was diagnosed with breast cancer last week. The following day I heard "You're Not Alone" on the radio.I'm sure it wasn't the first time I heard it but It has ministered to my spirit and I hope to purchase the CD. Thanks so much for being available to be used by God. Blessings to you!

Hey Meredith!

I received your cd, as a birthday present, from my amazing mentour (whom I call my big sis). My favorite songs are "You're Not Alone" and "The River". They both are such an encouragement and remind me that my Lord Jesus is always by my side. I have a friend who has had a very hard life and is going through a very tough time right now, so I am going to go buy her your cd. It is funny how God works sometimes because it just so happens that I received your cd about the same time my friend needs encouragement. Keep up the good work!

hey meredith.....the 1st time I heard this song I instantly fell in love with it and the concept of the song....I recently lost my grandfather in a hit and run accident....he was hit walking outside and well lets just say that his death was not peaceful like we hoped.......anyway my mom along with her 13 siblings were of course so sad and at the time I remembered this song and thought it would be nice to sing it for them....and it fits perfectly.....my family speaks english but mainly spanish and I translated the song (not easy bc you have to also make it fit with the music)....and I havent sang it yet but I probably will this sunday at my church......thank you and to whoever else helped make this song what it is.......it has helped me through this tough time of losing my grandfather and other things...and I know it will help my family and anyone else who might be going through tough times.......God Bless You and all your "staff" :)

Concert last night

Hey,
I saw you and Jacob last night at the Springfest put on by WMHK in SC. It was rainy and cold, but I appreciate your willingness to still come on and bless the Lord. As a worship leader, it is cool and rare when I get to sit back and let someone lead me in worship. I don't have to worry about musicians or singers or sound systems or anything. Thank you for that time alone with God. You and all the other people were there, but its just Him and me that I noticed...and for that I am appreciative. God bless you as you go forth for his name to the world.

Desre your permission to use your song with a picture video

Hello Meredith,
I would like to get your permission to use your song, "You're Not Alone" with a picture video (pictures I have taken).
I was wanting to give it as a gift in honor of my son's 24th birthday.
I tried posting it on You Tube, (with the help of my youngest son).
It came back rejected.
I am new at all of this and desire to gain permission.
All I wanted to do was post it and not use it for any other purpose than personal enjoyment for friends.

I heard this song first time this morning at work on Christian radio. What a beautiful song, and Meredith, you have a beautiful voice
that the Lord has giving you. I sing with six women in a praise team at Jasper Bible Church in Jasper MI. I love to sing music for the Lord. I also like to here beautiful songs that are written an sung for the Lord. Christian music really draws me closer to the Lord.

hey meredith,

i really wanted to email you this instead of post on a wall, but i figured i could start here. :)

i went to your concert in adrian, michigan this past february 14. it was incredible to hear Jesus through your words. it was Valentine's day, and the first Valentine's day with my new husband of one week that day. i can't even begin to tell you or thank you enough about what a miracle it is i made it to that day. God has crazily taken me on a a journey of sometimes hell and instrumentally used your music to save me through it all, and i just wanted to thank you.

here's a sampling of my story: God encouraged me to break up with my now husband this past may 2008. it was the hardest thing i ever did, but in doing so,God made room in my heart to see that there was a lot of leftover crap that needed to be purged from within me. he took away everyone: my friends, my family and my boyfriend that i thought i was going to marry in a matter of a few weeks. i remember sobbing on the bathroom floor, unable to move from the pain and depression. i thought a lot about death. i almost did it.

but one thing that would help would be turning on my iPod and listening to "Your Not Alone" or any of your other songs as i took a walk by myself outside. i was that person you described in the song: the one who cried themselves to sleep, and was left alone by the world's standards. i was empty. but somehow, with your music, i heard God's voice saying "I'm here, Laurie! I love you! Don't give up!!" i knew he was there. i knew i wasn't alone, and Jesus met me.

He met me in ways i will never know or understand, but in drawing me to himself, he revealed his plan for me. praise God i am here today. thank you, Jesus, for the plan he has for me, for you, for everyone who seeks him. he is doing some great things in this world, and i am thankful for people like you who are sensitive to his calling.

I just want to thank you so much for following your heart, loving the Lord, and allowing him to use you. Thank you for the song "You're not Alone". Our nephew committed suicide last month. We played this song in the service and it was so fitting for the situation, not only representing where Caleb was in his life, yes he was saved but sadly still trying to live life his way and not Gods, but was a great song for all those high school and college kids to hear, that they are not alone as well, God is there waiting for them to reach out to him. Between your song and the preaching of the word not one person that attended the service can say they were never given the chance to know the Lord on a person level. It is my pray that God continues to use you and bless you, and that you remain open to his will.

Meredith,I want you to know that your song " You're not Alone" has inspired and touched my life in many ways. I am a Truck
Driver and stay away from home 3 to 4 weeks at a time.The nights get lonely until I hear your song on the " Message" XM
Radio. Then I get to thinking GOD is always with me where ever I may be and it seems even when I'm a little down I can always feel his presence after hearing your song. God Bless You and the rest of the recording artist that write good Christian Music.
